Giving Looks Different Around the World—And That’s Beautiful
At Forgotten Harvest Global, we understand that generosity is expressed in many ways—shaped
by culture, community, and connection. Whether someone gives spontaneously from the heart or
strategically through a monthly plan, every gift matters and tells a story of love.
Warm Cultures tend to give relationally. Support often flows through deep personal ties, shared
life experiences, and a desire to meet visible needs in the moment. In these cultures, giving is
woven into community life—sacrificial and full of heart, even if it’s not large in amount.
Cold Cultures, on the other hand, emphasize structured generosity. Donors may give to causes
they believe in, regardless of personal connection, often seeking clear impact reports and
organized systems. Stewardship and measurable results are key motivators.
At Forgotten Harvest Global, we honor both approaches. Our mission is to build bridges between
these beautiful expressions of generosity—helping missionaries and supporters connect across
cultural lines with love, transparency, and shared purpose.
Together, we reflect the full heart of God in giving
