Kristy Flores serves as the Treasurer and Secretary of Forgotten Harvest Global, bringing both passion and expertise to the organization. From the very beginning, she believed in FHG’s vision, seeing it as an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need. Deeply committed to the mission, she provides essential financial and organizational oversight, ensuring the ministry operates with integrity, accountability and efficiency.

A Heart for Stewardship & Commitment

Kristy is a woman of diligence and integrity, firmly believing in honoring her word and commitments. Her serving in accounting and financial management for a mission- ased nonprofit within a global network has equipped her with a deep understanding of stewardship and accountability in ministry settings. She plays a key role in ensuring FHG’s resources are managed wisely, allowing the organization to serve effectively and sustainably.

Bridging Cultures & Building Relationships

Kristy’s life and work uniquely position her as a cultural bridge between warm and cold cultures. Having been immersed in a Spanish-speaking community from an early age and now in a bilingual marriage, she deeply understands the challenges and beauty of cross-cultural relationships. Fluent in English and Spanish, she effectively connects with diverse communities, ensuring Forgotten Harvest Global’s work remains culturally sensitive and relationally driven.

A Life of Service in Ministry & Healthcare

Kristy’s heart for missions is evident in her ongoing work alongside her husband, Jose Flores, as they continue to serve together in mission-focused efforts. Her dedication to  ministry is also reflected in her personal life as a loving mother of two. In addition to her role at FHG, Kristy is a Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator, a career that reflects her servant-hearted nature and deep desire to equip and care for others. Whether in ministry or healthcare, she is committed to serving with compassion, wisdom and excellence.
